This itinerary combines Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Khajuraho and Varanasi, offering a journey through India’s political history, royal heritage, spiritual centers and architectural wonders.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Arrive at New Delhi International Airport. Following immigrations, baggage collection and customs, Tamarind Global representative will meet you at the EXIT of ARRIVAL TERMINAL building after which you would be transferred to your hotel. Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs.

Delhi stands as the capital of modern India, a vibrant metropolis where the old and new, the ancient and the modern, come together in perfect harmony.

Day 02: Delhi

Following breakfast, proceed for a tour of Old and New Delhi including drive past Red Fort, visit Jama Masjid, cycle rickshaw ride in Old Delhi, visit Raj Ghat, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament House, Humayun’s Tomb and Gurudwara Bangla Sahib.

Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur

Drive to Jaipur (297 Kms approx. 4½ hrs). On arrival check in at hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure.

Day 04: Jaipur

Visit Amer Fort by jeep, City Palace Museum, Jantar Mantar Observatory and Patrika Gate. Enjoy shopping and return to hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur – Agra

Drive to Agra (240 Kms approx. 5 hrs). Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival visit Agra Fort and Taj Mahal (closed on Friday).

Day 06: Agra – Jhansi (Train) – Orchha – Khajuraho

Transfer to railway station for train to Jhansi. On arrival drive to Khajuraho en-route visiting Orchha including Jehangir Mahal and Chaturbhuj Temple.

Day 07: Khajuraho

Sightseeing of Khajuraho Temples including Western and Eastern Group of Temples and Archaeological Museum.

Day 08: Khajuraho – Varanasi

Fly to Varanasi. In the evening witness the Ganga Aarti ceremony at the Ghats.

Day 09: Varanasi

Early morning boat ride on River Ganges, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, stroll through old city lanes and visit Sarnath.

Day 10: Departure

Transfer to Varanasi Airport for onward destination via Delhi.
